FAQ
Once we receive a 50% deposit, production will begin. The process usually takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the design complexity and workshop schedule.
As all orders are shipped internationally, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for delivery.
The Anti-Scratch Pro finish uses a premium protective layer that reduces scratches and wear. Due to higher material and process costs, it requires an additional USD 30.
Yes. Carbon blades are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear such as rail consumption or surface scratches is not included.
As custom fins are made-to-order, the deposit is non-refundable once paid. In case of production or material issues from our side, we will refund the deposit in full.
Rinse with fresh water after each use and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Remove salt or sand with a soft cloth to prevent scratches. Store in a dry place and avoid heavy pressure.
